Terms and Conditions for Payment Plan Options

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our payment plan options offered by Ella VIP Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in a payment plan, you ("Customer," "you") agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Payment Plan Eligibility

To qualify for a payment plan, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Provide accurate billing and contact information.

Agree to timely payments as per the agreed schedule.

3. Payment Terms

Payment plans are offered as an alternative to paying in full at the time of service.

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

Late payments may result in additional fees, service suspension, or termination.

All payments are non-refundable.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit card, ACH transfer, or other approved payment methods.

By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize automatic payments to be deducted from your chosen payment method.

5. Late Payments & Default

If a payment is not received within [5] days of the due date, a late fee of [10%] may be applied.

Failure to make a payment within [30] days may result in suspension of services and the remaining balance becoming due immediately.

If an account remains delinquent, it may be referred to a collections agency.

6. Modifications & Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue payment plan options at any time.

Customers may request modifications to their plan in writing, subject to approval.

Cancellation of services does not automatically cancel payment obligations; any remaining balance must still be paid.

7. No Refunds

Payments made under a payment plan are non-refundable.

If services are canceled by the customer within 3 days, all remaining payments remain due unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve any issues.

Any unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from missed or failed payments.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment method is valid and updated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Texas/Bexar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas/Bexar.
