Terms & what's not included
- Tier 1 is month-to-month; Tiers 2 and 3 require a 12-month minimum agreement (redesign costs are amortized into the monthly rate).
- Additional content edits beyond monthly allotments are billed at $85/hour or can be added as a block.
- Third-party costs (stock photography, premium plugins, paid ad spend, EHR/portal licensing) are passed through at cost.
- 30 days' written notice to cancel after the initial term; setup/redesign work is non-refundable once delivered.
